The following is a collection of short videos shot and produced singlehandedly in the field as part of my "One Year One World" initiative launched in 2009. The objective of this independent "one-woman-crew" project, was to document and share the un/underreported stories of Indigenous communities.

My goal was to help awareness about lesser known cultural, environmental, and human rights issues around the globe.

*All videos were singlehandedly shot, produced, and edited in the field (with the most basic gear and shoestring budget) within the 1-2 week duration of my visit with each community.

The one-person-crew video journalism format had yet to be fully embraced by media networks in 2009.
I therefore thank all the incredible people who supported me, my vision and work , who welcomed me into their homes and who shared their stories,
with a lone journalist like me - again, a sincere and profound THANK YOU for helping me along this journey!

I could NOT have done this without YOU!
